In reading this I was reminded of the old definition of 'anarchy', "a state of disorder due to absence or non-recognition of authority or other controlling systems", and I realised how co-opted is that definition because what we really have and live under is 'technocratic anarchy'.
Thank you — that’s a powerful observation. You’re absolutely right: the traditional idea of “anarchy” has been flipped. What we’re seeing isn’t the absence of control, but control without accountability — a kind of technocratic anarchy where systems rule, not people, and no one is ever truly responsible. It’s governance without conscience. And as you point out, that’s not order — it’s a different kind of chaos, wearing a tie and hiding behind a dashboard.
I fully support Josephine Cashman's call to rescind s51(xxix) and have supported this ever since the 1983 High Court use of "external powers" to shut down a State Government.
"Spot on Josephine.
s51(xxix) renders our votes as useless and we the people do not in any way shape or form control our country.
It renders the Constitution of Australia as a meaningless document.
Some folk may like to search the Australian Treaties Database
Once you understand the implications of this clause, it’s hard not to be dismayed. For many everyday Australians, this realisation is shocking. We’ve been conditioned to trust authority, to believe that our democratic systems work as they should. But that trust has been manipulated, and in many cases, weaponised. The true power of s51(xxix) is not just legal — it’s psychological. It allows governments to bind us to international obligations without consultation, and then tell us it’s all for our own good.
This clause has quietly hollowed out our Constitution, undermined state sovereignty, and allowed unelected global entities to influence domestic law — often through treaties most Australians have never even heard of. That’s not democracy. That’s rule by stealth.
To be clear: changing this section of the Constitution would require a referendum — and rightly so. That’s how serious and entrenched this power has become. It cannot simply be “rescinded”; it must be consciously and deliberately rejected by the people.
I urge others to dig into the Australian Treaties Database and see just how far this reach extends. You’ll find hundreds of binding agreements made under s51(xxix), often without scrutiny or debate.
It’s time we stop being passive observers in our own nation. Australia belongs to her people — not to bureaucrats, and certainly not to foreign interests.
make anarchy great again... It's not about violence or chaotic destruction as the media and modern dictionaries would have us believe, it is about civil non-compliance; It is about giving 'big brother' the middle finger salute and not listening to a single word or demand that comes from the self-deemed masters and over-lords
"No" is a complete statement that needs no clarification
Off course there are other colourful phrases that imply the word "No"
Well said — the quiet power of “No” is vastly underrated. Civil non-compliance, when rooted in principle, is one of the last true acts of freedom. And yes, sometimes a well-placed colourful phrase says it best!
the definition of anarchy I always liked was no rulers, not no rules. but that won't work either because humanity, greed, lust for power, and all the other reasons. Same as ZAP (zero aggression principle) doesn't work either. Someone thinks they have the right to kill you because you took their parking space.
Exactly — the ideal sounds noble, but human nature has a way of crashing the party. Even the best principles falter when ego, fear, and power-lust enter the room. Still, striving for “no rulers” keeps the conversation honest.
You’ve captured the heart of the issue: our so-called servants have crowned themselves masters, and too many Aussies have either forgotten or surrendered the meaning of real freedom. What was meant to be public service has become public exploitation, dressed up in suits and sealed with media spin.
Taxation without true representation is theft, and the bureaucratic machine now operates with no consent, no accountability, and no shame.
It’s time we remembered who’s meant to be in charge — the people — and started acting like it.
Preamble to our Constitution, The Constitution of The Australian Commonwealth, The act of The Commonwealth as proclaimed and gazetted January 1, 1901 under Royal Warrant clearly states; "Whereas as The People"... nothing about whereas the politicians, the bureaucrats, the magistrates or the coppers.... or any bloody foreign owned and administered corporate entities masquerading as 'government' or 'government departments'
Our Common-Wealth has been usurped from under our feet and it is still being blatantly exploited beyond belief today... This is Treason, High Treason in fact!
The People are the ultimate and supreme authority; We are The Common-Wealth and this Fact in Law is indissoluble no matter what the Poly Ticks, Judges, Magistrates', or the coppers say
I for one will not sit back and accept it as "it's just the way it is" any longer; Not after what 'the system' and its minions did to us Aussies during the pandemic that never was
We need to reclaim what is Ours, not excluding our very lives!
Well said — when power forgets its source, it becomes theft in plain sight. The pandemic stripped away the mask, and many of us now see what was hidden for years. Naming it, reclaiming it — that’s how we begin.
Thanks for your support — I appreciate the restack and your commitment to standing up. You raise some deeply provocative issues that many Australians are only beginning to explore. Questioning the legitimacy of government structures and decisions is not only valid, it’s essential. We should never stop digging, but we should also tread wisely and stay grounded.
You're welcome Gaz... how could I not support someone who is doing what he can to help enlighten his fellow man?
"provocative issues"... I don't see it that way Gaz; We must keep in mind that all of these purported elected politicians and faceless, unelected bureaucrats are supposedly Public Servants
The word 'servant' is a word that most of our fellow Aussies have either forgotten the meaning of or no longer care as they have become so willingly subservient to the self-deemed masters who steal and extort from the poor to enable the 'rich' and the even 'richer' at the expense of both the country as a nation and the common people whom are paying to be ruled over
The servants have somehow become the master and this needs to end; The servants need to be put back in their rightful and Lawful place if we are to ever free ourselves from under masters tyrannical boots
Taxation without representation is straight-out theft and there are more faceless, unelected bureaucrats controlling GovCo than most care to think about, and most, if not all of them have their filthy snouts buried so deep in the trough that they 'earn' more shekels than Anal Sleazy and his DEI hire "Governor-General" 'Ms. Moyston"
Over One Trillion phoney dollars in debt... that's One Million Millions and the Aussie taxpayer is footing the bill for the lot of it while the shit-stain Poly Ticks live the life of Riley without a care in the world for the average Aussie; The current Children and their children will be extorted to pay for this for their entire lives if we don't put an end to it
Stand up and have a go my fellow Aussies or forever hold your piece as you get dragged into a 15 minute city shoebox... or a modern day concentration camp!
Don't forget the wars. Vietnam in particular. !8 year olds drafted into the services. Then on returning to Australia after being lucky enough not to be killed they are faced with criticisms!! I was ashamed of my fellow Australians.
Absolutely right — and thank you for raising it. The Vietnam War is a powerful example of how governments not only send young people into harm’s way based on questionable premises, but then abandon them morally and socially on their return. The betrayal didn’t end on the battlefield — it continued at home. You’re right to be ashamed. Many of us are. And you're also right — we simply can’t list every lie and every wound inflicted by these systems, but each one matters, and Vietnam must never be forgotten.
I think people have to throw off this “belief” in needing a government. It is just a system of control and wealth extraction for the benefit of the ones in power. This same belief that the government or money collectors ( cops) will come to their rescue is a slave’s way of thinking.
You make a strong point — blind faith in government has certainly been exploited, time and again, to control and extract rather than serve. The pattern is undeniable. Questioning that belief system is not only healthy, it’s necessary. While governments as they currently operate are deeply flawed — often serving entrenched interests over the public good — the idea of governance itself isn’t inherently evil. The real danger lies in systems with no accountability, whether they wear the badge of “government” or not. The challenge, I think, is building structures that protect freedom, not destroy it — and never letting belief replace vigilance.
that's the problem, people who want power over other people are attracted to government, especially police and regulatory agencies. Psychopaths are drawn to power. One psychopath gets in, gets some hiring ability and eventually the entire organization is psychopathic. My experience is most are just there for a paycheck and retirement, they'll follow orders but that's about all. Just doing their job. I don't know the answer but the kind of bureaucracies and the power they have now aren't the answer. Vasily Blokhin was just doing his job, after all.
Exactly — “just doing my job” has been the shield behind some of history’s darkest acts. Power attracts the wrong kind of people, and once obedience becomes the culture, conscience gets buried. That’s the real danger.
Brilliant piece Gaz! It prompted us to watch the series yesterday. I had recently borrowed the book written about the post office disaster from the library. I couldn't get through it as I got so angry as I started to read it. Not ideal bedtime reading. It's a bit like trying to read the Real Anthony Fauci by RFK Jr and get through the HIV years. The series is so well done. There's the bit where Bates is watching TV and the Queens honours is announced and the CEO of the Post Office is awarded the CBE. Hmmm sound familiar?
You are right there is a clear pattern. It will take at least 10 years for any sort of admission of wrongdoing (much longer for Thalidomide) and even then there is not real justice. Those culpable have moved on. Well done putting all the case studies together.
Thank you so much — your message genuinely means a lot. I'm chuffed you took the time to watch the series and even more so that it resonated deeply with you. I completely understand the anger — it’s hard to stomach how cruelty can be dressed up as competence, and injustice rewarded with honours. That CBE moment hit me too… chilling in its familiarity (Comrade Andrews and Scomo - disgusting).
You're spot on — justice, when it comes at all, arrives late and diluted, long after the real damage is done and the guilty have reshuffled into new titles. I’m really glad the piece struck a chord and that someone like you (I've been following your work for some time - especially since laying out "Too Many Dead"). Thanks again for your encouragement — it means a lot.
Appreciate your words — and your fire! You're not alone in standing firm. Once the veil is lifted, it’s hard to unsee the rot beneath the polished slogans. Stay strong, stay principled, and never stop questioning. Cheers to “Never Again.”
Thank you for sending this. I watched it — and it stopped me in my tracks. It’s a confronting story, not just because of the horror it portrays, but because of the mirror it holds up to all of us. What startled me most wasn’t the brutality of the Germans, nor even the Jews’ swift turn — it was the implication that suffering doesn’t sanctify anyone. That the line between victim and perpetrator is thinner than we’d like to admit.
The lesson, as I see it, is this: without moral clarity and restraint, any of us — any people — can become the very thing we once feared. Power doesn’t reveal character; it tests it. And history is full of those who failed that test. If this story was meant to provoke something deeper in Christians, it worked. It reminded me that our calling isn’t just to suffer well, but to resist vengeance, even when it feels justified. It’s not enough to be on the “right side” of history. We have to be on the right side of conscience. Thanks again for sharing — I’ll be thinking about this one for a long time!
DJH, thanks for the link — I found it interesting, and yes, I believe it does underscore the essence of my article. I hope you don’t mind, but I’ve taken a slightly different angle on the question of “the left.” After reading “Independent Media Crushes the Summer of Hate Under Its Heel,” it hit like a punch to the chest — raw, angry, and unfiltered. The writer doesn’t hold back in exposing what they see as the manufactured chaos tearing through cities like Paris and Los Angeles. But what struck me most wasn’t just the fury — it was the clarity beneath it.
And yet, while the fury is palpable, I’ve come to believe it would be a misreading to simply call these attacks “by the left.” So, I will confess, I’m skeptical of such easy labels. The true villains, I suggest, are cloaked — using leftist movements as camouflage. The Marxist foot soldiers may believe in revolution, but the puppet masters do not. Instead, they are cold, technocratic strategists: digital financiers, NGO oligarchs, WEF architects — the kind of people who smile in Davos and plan depopulation in PowerPoint. These actors aren’t interested in equality or worker empowerment. They’re interested in control.
To me, this piece reads like a warning shot — a call to stop misidentifying the threat. The “leftists” setting fire to their own streets may believe they’re fighting for justice, but they’re being used. They need to study history — the Night of the Long Knives, the way Lenin’s faithful were erased by Stalin. Pawns never last long once the game changes.
The real enemy, as I see it, isn’t Marxism — it’s the cold, clinical technocracy hiding behind its banner. And if we don’t wake up soon, we’ll be watching the collapse of our civilization livestreamed… funded, as always, by us.
At a young age I read, whether it true or not but it fits, that the terms “left” and “right” originated with The French Revolution and it denoted those that sat to the left of El Presidente and those that sat to the right of the president.
What struck me and what I took away was that they were ALL sitting at the one round table.
Indeed, the whole charade of 'left vs right' is yet another tool used to divide the people into more controllable sized 'demographic' chunks...and the powers-that-ought-not-be do actually see us 'great unwashed' as chunks; chunks of flesh that only exist to enrichen the lives of 'the chosen ones'
This 'left vs right' paradigm is a big reason why I elected, yes, elected, not to 'register to vote' when I reached 18 years of age... that and there was no way I could bring myself to ever 'vote' for a professional grifter and liar; I listened to my Grandfather who was always whinging and moaning about what the Poly Ticks were doing... even "the bastards that I voted for are robbing us blind" and, "they're all shirt lifters behind closed doors"; That was more than enough for me to elect that I wanted nothing to do with 'voting'
I knew 'voting' was a right, not an obligation, not compulsory and it never has been so I stood my ground; I have never been 'fined' nor have I ever been taken to 'court' for 'failing to register' or 'failing to vote'... this proves beyond any doubt that the whole lot of it operates as a Contractual Obligation; I have no contract so I have no obligation
Many moons later, my stance as an 18 year youngun was and is 100% justifiable; I've watched and listened as the Poly Ticks granted themselves more and more 'power' over the years and decades... there is nothing 'democratic' about the entire system and there never has been, save for a few short years directly after federation
'Registering to vote' is deemed by the powers-that-ought-not-be as Power Of Attorney over all those that are 'registered' and this is the exact reason why the Poly Ticks don't act for the majority will of the people.... They don't bloody have to as they have control of the Estate!
Thank you for such a powerful and unfiltered contribution. Your reflections cut straight to one of the core sicknesses in the system: the illusion of representation. When politics becomes theatre — with both “sides” funded by the same interests, and elections serving more as rituals of consent than instruments of change — it’s no wonder so many opt out entirely. Your grandfather’s words ring painfully true for many of us who’ve lived long enough to watch the same betrayals play out in different suits and slogans. Your insights about contractual obligation and the idea that registration equals tacit consent open a much-needed conversation. Whether one agrees or not with the legal interpretation, the deeper truth remains: people feel captured by a system they never truly empowered, and the machinery of government treats that passive consent as a mandate to rule. This article wasn’t written to defend institutions — quite the opposite. It was written to help people, like yourself, make sense of why their instincts of distrust are not just valid, but essential. The system has earned our suspicion. And unless more people start seeing through the pageantry of “choice” and “representation,” we remain easy to herd.
I am nearly 60 years on this earth Gaz and as a child 'brought up in the system', my eyes and ears have been wide alert since I was around 11 years young
No offence to you or or your 'writing' but I am 100% aware of why my instincts of distrust are valid, justified and essential
My 'wits' are basically all I had as a 'teacher' and my intuition is basically the only reason I am still alive today, that and some 'life' lessons my dear Grandfather informed me of...
I don't do 'filtered' anything Gaz; sometimes to my own detriment but I am who I am... 'the system' created the man sitting here typing out this reply; I make no apologies for failing to 'write' with veiled contexts; That carry-on only leads to people making assumptions and presumptions
"Whether one agrees or not with the legal interpretation...." that my friend is yet another whole can of slippery worms; The 'legal' is crammed full of double-speak, wild interpretations and definitions of words not found in Concise English Dictionaries; There is the 'legal' realm and then there is the Lawful realm; Legal is defined in the late 1800's Cambridge Dictionary as "The undoing of Gods Law" whereas Lawful is all based on the scriptures
Basically, Legal is said to be 'colour of Law' and it all operates on double-speak with no basis in Law or Concise English Dictionaries; Whether you or any reading this care to entertain this Fact or not, Lawful sits above legal....legal is all about implied consent to contract and implied definitions; Legal is all about 'business' disguised as Law
For more on this, I suggest looking up 'The 12 presumption of the court' which will, without any doubt, prove all that I am stating here as Factual
If you watched and listened to the video I have linked here, you will hear me rebuke the '12 presumptions of the court' in there entirety' at which time the 'magistrate' had no choice but to concede that I am the living man and not the 'Mr. SURNAME' incorporated fiction at law
First 'magistrate' got me put into custody for a few hours in an effort to make an 'example' out of me and to stop the people hearing what I had to state with the first minutes of me speaking
Heinous psychopaths who care not for animals, but for control over the people who do genuinely care for the animals they share their lives with
others not mentioned are C.S.I.R.O and BOM... but how much time in a day does Gaz have to mention all the AusGovCorp agencies that make it their mission to lie, cheat and deceive the folks of this island nation while demanding those very same people pay for the displeasure of having these cretinous bastards controlling their lives...
"'cos that's just the way life is" Jacq... but fear not, "she'll be right"
'they say there's only two certainties in life, death and taxes; Well I say screw all the taxes and all the other extortion demands that come from foreign corporate entities; Do you know the ATO itself is a foreign corporate entity whose majority shareholder is none other than Blackrock.inc?
Even High Court Australia (HCA) ruled that ATO has no legal standing... let alone Lawful standing
again with HCA, 11-2015 ruled that any entity that has an ABN and employees more than 2 is a Corporation; Any Corporation must have a contract between all parties for any business to take place between the parties; There must be an authored contractual agreement between both parties for their to be any obligation(s)
I have no contract with ATO; I have no contract with the AEC either; Neither entities get anything from me other than the 'taxes' we can not avoid simply by walking out the front gate... I stopped all payments to any Corporate entity when we were forced to serve the home detention scheme of 2020; water, rates, rego's, licences... none of it exists any longer; I refuse to participate in fraud, criminal extortion and organised crime, all of which are actual criminal offences
Gumboots? they should all be wearing concrete boots with millstones around their necks.
You're right — there are countless examples of institutional failure, and unfortunately, I can’t include them all in a single article. I’m not across the specific issue with the RSPCA in Adelaide, but perhaps it’s an opportunity for you to write something about it on your own Substack. Just be careful — always check sources, verify facts, and avoid jumping to conclusions. The truth matters, and so does how we uncover it.
Does one need to look any further into the RSPCA than what they are helping to force onto rural land owners in QLD/Northern NSW with the 'fire ants' and what they forced onto the poultry industry by culling hundreds of millions of birds for a 'bird flu' that has never been isolated in a laboratory anywhere in the world?
RSPCA ordering the murder of animals in their 'shelters' during 'covid' is another example of what the RSPCA is all about.... control over the people who genuinely care for and love the animals
RSPCA is another faceless, bureaucratic control mechanism that the common people pay for when they 'register' their animals to the 'Local Government' that is 100% an unlawful 3rd tier of Corporate Government that Aussies voted "No" to in 3 seperate referendums
Poly Ticks are 'elected representatives' are they?
A great and timely article Gaz.
Thank you.

Appreciate your words — and your fire! You're not alone in standing firm. Once the veil is lifted, it’s hard to unsee the rot beneath the polished slogans. Stay strong, stay principled, and never stop questioning. Cheers to “Never Again.”
Stand firm and firmer still Jacq
https://x.com/LetsGoBrando45/status/1934609336732655696. If you’re a Christian, and you still haven’t watched this documentary, you’re not fully awake yet.
Please take the time. 🙏🙏🙏
Fool me once, shame on them.
Fool me twice, shame on me.
Some never learn.
Stockholm Syndrome.
Exactly — and governments count on that syndrome. Breaking free starts with seeing the betrayal for what it is.

This may seem 'sideways' to your article at first glance but I think it underscores what you are saying...
Independent Media Crushes the Summer of Hate Under Its Heel
We know who is behind it, chapter and verse. Plus, our readers outnumber legacy media 'audience', ten to one. You are ridiculous. You are done.

Absolutely Gaz.
At a young age I read, whether it true or not but it fits, that the terms “left” and “right” originated with The French Revolution and it denoted those that sat to the left of El Presidente and those that sat to the right of the president.
What struck me and what I took away was that they were ALL sitting at the one round table.
UNIPARTY.
He will pay for his treason...
I will reply by DM
Thanks Gaz Another reality check ✔️ thanks
You are very welcome!

Why are our taxes paying for these Corporate Employees?
When will the Aussie Sheople realise these Corporate Employees All Wear Gumboots?
