Another great article! You absolutely know that corruption has taken hold, when the judiciary is captured. I am afraid we have arrived at that place in Australia and I don’t know how we get back from there???

I wonder if any of Helen Rofes colleagues will resign in protest against such behaviour, because she's taking them ALL down with her by association. One in all in. Now we have to do our own background checks on the Judge BEFORE any trials, good system, not.

I doubt any other judge needs to protest at all. The Chief Justice is the only one besides Rofe that’s looking down the barrel (so to speak)! It’s almost inconceivable that Rofe will survive professionally, and if Mortimer doesn’t act appropriately soon, she’ll be done as well.
