Brilliantly put Gaz... I remember houses used to fluctuate in price, but no more, it's a rocket ship, and people hold on for dear life as their unaffordable entry price, just gets more costly if they dare drop off.
All by design of course, you'll own nothing and be happy. This is the reason most of the reluctant caved in to a vax mandate.
If all six at my workplace who didn't want it, said no, then they'd have been stuffed... May have changed their tune.. but incredible debt for an average home, most had to cave.
I'm lucky enough to have bought just before the madness... Now I'd need to earn $250,000 per year to buy my average house at the same affordability ratio as I did back in '99... Meaning I'd probably not even qualify for a loan.
I feel sick for the future generations, as our government has sold out to exploit us all to the elites plan... How they've found so many bureaucrats to go along with it all is stunning.
Implementing such obvious socially destructive policies, that will increase poverty and stress, is criminal.
